Whilst most people would ease themselves back into work after the indulgence of Christmas it couldn’t be more different for Triad and especially for our Creative Director Warren who was about to kick start what could become one of the largest projects in Triad’s history: a brand implementation exercise for worldwide stored energy solutions provider - EnerSys.
EnerSys asked Triad to come up with ideas to improve the customer experience for visitors to their various European sites. This could include redesigning and fitting various areas such as exterior signage, corridor and wall design, canteens and meeting rooms to name just a few! With the work environment having recently been reported as the most crucial factor in employee satisfaction and, in turn, productivity, this brand work could have positive effects on the welfare of staff, visitors’ perception and also the on the business’s bottom line.
The project would begin with four site visits to give us the opportunity to meet with each manager and become aware of their requirements and expectations for the rebranding.
So on Monday 4th January Warren set off on his two week odyssey across four European countries… first stop Arras in northern France. With his regular updates, it was clear that Warren was getting to grips with the language, with each email starting Bonjour and ending Au Revoir: we’re intrigued to know if he will pick up the German and Polish language just as well next week!
This a great project which has really created a buzz within the team who can’t wait to start work once Warren returns and then, over time, see their hard work implemented across Europe.
