Like many business over recent months, we’ve slowly been returning to our Holdenby studio in our team ‘bubbles’.
Inevitably, discussions have centred around the concept of hybrid working and how this is going to work in practice, given the different responsibilities and requirements of each team. This new way of working will require some culture shifts within many organisations. For the transition to work successfully, a key ingredient will be ensuring that staff remain engaged and motivated whenever they are ‘in the office’. This could involve more breakout areas, additional hot desks to accommodate flexible working hours or more private meeting spaces to allow for the continuing online meetings.
In addition to space, it’s important to consider how the visual aesthetics of the workplace can provide the most inspiring environment for your employees. At Triad we have experience in creating environments which not only represent the company’s brand values but resonate with staff to inspire and engage them. The same goes for welcoming visitors and customers back to your meeting areas and showrooms.
So if you’re looking to refresh your existing workspace then please get in touch and we can discuss what could work best to suit your budget and any specific environment.
