We have worked with Capita for 10 years and over this time have developed 3 iterations of the website. The most recent was earlier this year and was developed to be in line with the refreshed corporate branding. This was also a good opportunity to optimise content within the site and upgrade the current CMS.
The new site is structured into services and sectors to more clearly communicate the full offer to potential customers and allow them to navigate depending on their specific needs. There is also a secure customer login area and a vast resource hub holding brochures, videos and case studies.
The new site has a flexible structure and page layout meaning that unique pages can be created to suit the content. This was a key requirement from Capita as updating the content on the site needed to be managed by staff in house.
We work closely with Capita IBS to ensure the site is kept up to date. Like many of our clients they purchased a maintenance block which works on a ‘pay as you go’ basis and is the most cost-effective way of ensuring any required updates are completed.
