Previously known as Resin Trade, the company required a brand ambassador to help strengthen the association between their brand and the polymer compound found in plastics.
Starting as sketches in a notepad our creative team worked together to scamp out ideas and then bring the character to life through 3D and animation.
This animation shows Poly-Mers going through an upgrade. We establish his ability to do new things, demonstrating the new grades of polymer Polydist UK now offers its customers. We produced a script to communicate how the company has changed. We promoted the company’s global outreach and their dedicated commitment to providing a wider range of services to satisfy all customers, both old and new.
Unveiled at a trade exhibition, the character set the company’s identity apart from market competitors and showcased their personable customer service ethic to members of the plastic industry. Poly-Mers quickly became the voice of the brand. Resin Trade used Poly-Mers for marketing purposes (print, email, internet) and opening up sales opportunities.
The continuation of the Poly-Mers character promised customers that the company would maintain its personable values throughout the expansion.
