Since its inception over 20 years ago, Triad has worked alongside PSA Finance as a trusted partner and adviser, supporting all aspects of the development process.This has included guidance on data processing and management, building bespoke systems to manage data transfer, creating reports, developing online training tools and generally supporting the entire PSA Finance field force on all aspects of the ADD.COM system.
PSA Finance required a new platform to monitor and review finance packages sold when customers purchase or lease a vehicle.
The portal allows dealers to access all information securely and also be monitored and reviewed by their finance and regional managers to ensure they are hitting targets.
The system also plays a critical role in lead generation and re-marketing. Leads are fed through to dealers systematically of customers whose deals are coming up for renewal, so that they can be contacted with details of new offers, to help maximise customer retention.
The platform has evolved over the years to become a business critical system used by all Peugeot and Citroen dealerships.
