Triad have worked with RS Components for many years, providing design for printed material early in the relationship, and digital solutions in more recent years.
To create a presentation of RS Value Propositions to be seen by customers, stakeholders and shareholders visiting the new RS Innovation Centre in Corby, developed to create an environment to inspire visitors.
We proposed an Interactive Guide application to present their Value Propositions in an engaging way, on multiple touch screens within the Innovation Centre. The Guide comprised an engaging navigation from which the user could view the Value Propositions and other related content. Seven Value Propositions were produced as filmed interviews with key RS staff, speaking to camera about their area of expertise, with supporting messaging overlaid to reinforce the main messages.
An animated video was created to present an overview of the Values. The creative for this was intentionally lighthearted and visually fun, to make it engaging and memorable as a contrast to the serious nature of the filmed interviews.
To present the visitor with a sense of RS heritage, as well as their customer-focused business approach and their embracing of near-future technologies, we created a separate animation taking the visitor on a journey through time, from the inception of RS in 1937, through the present day and into the future.
The Interactive Guide worked extremely well, with positive feedback from client and visitors.
