Triad enjoyed a long association with Sign of the Times for over 20 years. Primarily we worked in close partnership on numerous brand implementation projects, with Triad delivering creative concepts and brand direction for clients whilst SOTT carried out all production and installation requirements. In addition, we also provided creative services for their own marketing activities.
In 2020, Sign of the Times officially rebranded to Astley, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of signage and brand graphics solutions. They required a new website which would be the first time the refreshed Astley brand would be seen.
The main aim of the website was to provide a comprehensive summary of how Astley support their clients and how their skilled and experienced staff excel at providing the very best quality brand graphics available in the industry.
It was important that the site encapsulated the full extent of the combined capabilities of both organisations and presented a well-balanced portfolio of work from large retail fit-outs to more bespoke and highly creative projects.
Due to the nature of their work, we were provided with some fantastic bright and vibrant images which we utilised when working on the designs of the site. The site uses full screen images throughout and this is complimented by the sleek and minimal navigation to create even more impact. Built on our fluid framework, the client can very easily update content, create new pages and build forms - all through the intuitive, user-friendly CMS.
Since its launch we have continued to develop and enhance the site through our continued maintenance support package. We had added animation effects which can be turned on or off through the CMS and are also looking at new ways to implement a live chat feature.

We were so excited to launch our new website in June 2020 to accompany the launch of our new brand. It had been several years since we had reviewed our online presence and creating a new website gave us the opportunity to evaluate the best way to visually translate our services and summarise our extensive portfolio of work. We particularly love the showcase page which really captures the full array of work we produce, and our ability to control the homepage slider images allows us to reflect our campaign work in real time.
Feedback has been really positive, and now we are able to add news and update page content ourselves, it has given us greater flexibility to be in control of our online communications. We really feel that the design of the site better conveys where our company is now in terms of service levels and brand values.
We have found the updating of the website to be very easy and Triad are always responsive with any updates requested.
